Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe patient encounters, including history, examination findings, and treatment plans during patient visits.
- Document medical records in real-time, ensuring all information is complete and compliant with healthcare regulations.
- Assist healthcare providers with data entry into electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date medical documentation for patients.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate communication of patient information.
- Understand and utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation.
- Support the healthcare team by managing administrative tasks as needed.
Skills
- Proficient technology skills with the ability to transcribe quickly and accurately.
- Familiarity with medical records management and documentation processes.
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology to accurately document clinical findings.

Pay is starting at $18, can vary due to experience, qualifications, etc.
