We’re seeking someone dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. No prior experience as a sewing machine technician is required — we provide full training! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and learning how things work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on customer sewing and embroidery machines
- Maintain and service classroom machines used in store classes and events
- Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electronic issues (training provided)
- Communicate with customers about their machine issues and service status
- Keep a clean, organized workspace and maintain service records
- Assist with intake and documentation of machines brought in for service
Qualifications:
- Interest in sewing, crafting, or mechanics is a plus
- Comfortable working with small parts and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Friendly, patient, and eager to learn
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Must be able to lift machines (up to ~30 lbs occasionally)

As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a part-time Sewing Machine Technician to help maintain and service both customer machines and the machines we use in our classroom.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
Schedule:
