Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis and have experience in data collection. This role requires an individual who is coachable, adaptable, and adept at working with EMR and RedCap systems.
Essential Functions
- Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
- Collect, organize, and manage data in collaboration with partnering organizations.
- Communicate effectively with collaborators to call, collect, and send data.
- Participate in patient recruitment initiatives.
- Assist with supporting basic patient assessments.
- Work on special projects as assigned.
Research
- Assist in vetting research collaboration and partnerships
- Collect, organize, and analyze research data under the guidance of the Director of Research.
- Support the coordination of meetings and communication with research partners.
- Prepare drafts for research reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining research-related databases and filing systems.
- Support staff training initiatives related to specific research projects.
- Monitor timelines and progress of research activities to meet project deadlines.
- Contribute to the identification and development of new research opportunities.
Education Qualifications
- Must be on track to obtain a Bachelor's degree by June 2025
