We are seeking a Regional Facilities Manager located in Boston. The Facilities Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and well-maintained work environment. The responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing preventative maintenance and breaks and repairs. The ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience in facilities management and an understanding of basic handiwork. This new hire will oversee two Boston locations in Downtown/Gov Center and Seaport as well as remotely support the facility needs of 5 other facilities.

Simulator Operations
Job Type: This position will be a full time exempt role
Hours: Will vary by week. Generally standard business hours Monday to Friday but there might be morning, evening, or weekend work around special events. Must be on call to help with emergencies as well.
Salary: The salary range for this position will be $60-65k

Responsibilities Include The Following
Simulator Operations
- Responsible for keeping simulators in good working condition
- General maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting
- Maintain and replace cameras, projectors, screens, mats, etc.
- Work with all vendors for repairs, breaks, replacement equipment, etc.
- Source vendors for bigger repairs to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or other systems
- Ensure the space is always kept clean (daily cleaning company not in place, so cleaning is a part of this job)
- Lead deep cleaning projects
- Ensure that the location adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations
- Light carpentry (including repair and install of trim carpentry)
- Sheetrock/patch & paint/wallpaper
- Minor appliance repair
- Minor electrical and plumbing repair
- Knowledge of HVAC and related mechanical systems
- Understand prioritization and a sense of urgency; able to meet deadlines
- Proven working experience in facility management and/or construction
- Proficiency in email and calendar management
- Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
- Detail oriented, task oriented
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
