Mulch/Pruning Crew Leader (Reynoldsburg)

The Mulch/Pruning Crew Leader position is year-round and full-time focusing on leading a team of 2-4 crew members teaching them Five Seasons expectations on proper mulching, pruning, and seasonal color installation, and customer service. Driver's license required. Premium snow pay of $35/hour during snow events and if not snowing then we will provide 25-30 hours per week to team members during winter months.

What we are looking for in a Crew Leader…

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial mulching, pruning, and landscape bed maintenance; previous crew lead experience, and Driver's License with ability to be insured under company insurance
