- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to communicate updates.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Support business process modeling efforts to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of scope management and project engineering principles.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Redmine or VersionOne is preferred.

- Strong analytical skills for requirements gathering and business process modeling.
