Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records using tools such as Redmine or VersionOne.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular status meetings with team members and stakeholders to communicate updates.
• Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Support business process modeling efforts to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of scope management and project engineering principles.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Redmine or VersionOne is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills for requirements gathering and business process modeling.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
