Responsibilities
- Answer Phones and direct callers to service drive
- Greet Customers and check out their vehicles when their repair work is complete
- Issue invoices, receive money and finalize service tickets
- Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Great personality, ability to multi task and desire to create excellent customer experience
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
- Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
- Valid Drivers License Required
