As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by confirming appointments, managing the calendar and providing top-notch support, while having the flexibility to work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Confirm appointments with clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Record Maintenance: Accurately document client interactions and update client information in our database.
- Calendar Management: Manage the sales calendar and promptly resolve any issues that arise.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and enhance client satisfaction.
- Proactive Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and provide feedback for process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service, account management, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base pay with performance bonuses (total earnings $35,000–$45,000 ).
