We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, highly skilled Installer to join our rapidly growing team! Key Responsibilities
- Install Products according to company standards and client specifications
- Ensure High-Quality Work and complete installations efficiently
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and team members to meet deadlines
- Provide Outstanding Customer Service, addressing concerns during and after installation
- Protect and Respect the customer’s home by thoroughly cleaning the job site
- Daily job close outs and emailed documentation
Qualifications
- Experience in remodeling, carpentry, plumbing, or construction—or a strong desire to learn
- Reliable Work Vehicle (truck, van, or similar, 6ft bed or equivalent)
- Possession of Necessary Tools
- Basic knowledge of Hand & Power Tools
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Ability to Read and Interpret technical drawings and plans accurately
- Valid Driver’s License
- Capability to lift 50 pounds
- Liability Insurance and Workers’ Compensation coverage (as applicable)
- Must have a Smartphone or Smart Device to receive work orders and update our CRM
