Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in in home sales, particularly in bath/ remodeling sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage accounts, negotiate deals, and deliver exceptional customer service while fostering a high-performance culture within the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
• Manage key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, maximizing profitability.
• Prioritize weekly virtual national sales trainings
• Provide ongoing training and development for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Maintain effective communication within the team and customer base

Experience

• Proven experience in a sales management role with a focus on in-home sales.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• Proficiency in account management, demonstrating an ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with strong customer service orientation.
• A deep understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape within the bath industry
