We are looking for a CSR to join our Customer Service Representative Team. We are a dry-cleaning company looking for outgoing, positive, detail oriented, trustworthy, and professional team member.
- Greets all clients entering the retail store with a friendly, upbeat attitude and answers any questions or concerns they have.
- Welcomes new clients with a gift and follows procedure for onboarding and data capture.
- Handles clients’ complaints with integrity and poise and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
- Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; is accountable for amounts received.
- Ability to calculate charges for all services and to ensure the accuracy of the charges.
- Handling transactions including verifying customer account numbers and invoices.
- Accurate, detail-oriented writing of tickets, invoices, and special requests.
- Works with Retail Store Manager to keep abreast of new promotions and services offered, their features and benefits, and any changes in price.
- Keeps the work area neat and clean.
- Detailing, tagging, barcoding, racking, and inspection of items.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
