Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.
- Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain customer records.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Engage in business development activities to identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Provide technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our software offerings and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology sales or technical support is preferred.
- Strong outbound calling experience with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
