We’re expanding and seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse team.
Position Overview:
As a Warehouse Receiving Clerk at Five Star Breaktime Solutions, you will play a key role in managing the receipt of incoming shipments, verifying inventory, and ensuring that products are properly stored in our warehouse. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and has a keen eye for detail, with the ability to efficiently handle warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
- Unload deliveries and ensure accurate counts of incoming items
- Update inventory systems to reflect incoming stock and maintain accurate records
- Report any damaged or missing items immediately to the supervisor
- Organize and store received items in designated areas
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to maintain proper stock levels
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in receiving and storage areas
- Assist with other warehouse duties, such as picking, packing, and shipping, as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse receiving or inventory management preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in using inventory systems and basic computer skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Position Information:
- Status: Full-Time
- Work Days: Sunday thru Thursday – 9:00am until complete (typically 6:00pm)
- Pay range: Starting range of $19 to $21/hour – based on prior experience
