We are seeking a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, but we are always looking for new talent! Licensed preferred, but no prior experience needed—we will provide comprehensive training and licensing assistance for the right person.
Responsibilities:
All aspects of hearing health, including:
- Conduct hearing evaluations and assessments.
- Fit, adjust, maintain, and sell hearing aids.
- Provide counseling and education on hearing loss.
- Perform hearing aid repairs and maintenance.
Must Have:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- a Compassionate, patient-focused mentality, with a love for our seniors.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Desire for ongoing professional development.

Compensation:
Apprentice Salary: $35,000 (growing to add commission)
Licensed HIS: USD $50,000 per year (Full commission is performance-based and uncapped).
