We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Hearing Care Technician to join our Lexington team. Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct patient screenings, ear impressions, and hearing aid fittings.
- Assist with hearing aid adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Provide personalized care and usage instructions to patients.
- Support sales and patient follow-up to build and maintain patient relationships.
- Collaborate with the Hearing Care Specialist to ensure patient needs are met and treatment plans are followed.
