Key Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership: Lead the creative direction for marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring they align with brand identity and appeal to target audiences.
- Non-Traditional Advertising: Implement and explore innovative, non-traditional marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Lead Generation: Take full responsibility for lead generation efforts, driving new opportunities and converting them into long-term customers.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all company social media accounts, ensuring engagement and alignment with overall brand goals.
- Director to Consumer Experience: Drive a seamless and engaging customer journey, ensuring that all touchpoints with the company are positive, consistent, and memorable.
- Campaign Creation: Effectively create and manage Marketing Campaigns that resonate with our target audience, while highlighting our company’s core values and passion for the people we serve.
- Customer & Business Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, while actively reviewing data to identify additional areas/opportunities to grow the business.
- Web Development Oversight: Lead and collaborate with the web development team to maintain and enhance the company website, ensuring optimal user experience and functionality.
- Mass Communication Expertise: Utilize tools and platforms to manage and execute mass text and email campaigns to effectively reach our target audience.
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of 8-10 direct reports, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performance culture.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate effectively across departments to ensure alignment and maintain strong working relationships.
- 5-7 years of Marketing experience with a minimum of 3 years in a Director/VP role.
- Proficiency in social media management, mass texting/emails, campaign development, and web development oversight.
- Able to provide specific data/metrics that speak to success in Marketing-specific ROI’s and lead generation.
- Independent thinker and creative visionary who has the ability to successfully implement innovative strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing needs.
