SUMMARY: Work on large scale projects and equipment installation, such as repipe jobs and water heater installations. Our Lead Plumbing Installers will partner with the plumbing service department to take care of customer concerns. After a service plumber diagnoses the issue and works with the customer on a solution, you come in and make it happen! Coordinate with other plumbing installers and equipment operators (when necessary) to remove old plumbing and replace it with new systems. You do not believe in taking shortcuts and neither do we. You know how to make sure the job is done right and is up to code! Provide feedback, encouragement, support, professional development, and coaching to other plumbers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair water supply and drainage systems.
- Install sinks, bathtubs, toilets, and water heaters.
- Maintain, repair, and renovate plumbing systems in existing homes, including pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures.
- Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
- Select required pipe sizes and types.
- Measure, cut, thread, bend, and clamp pipes using hand and power tools.
- Join and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures with clamps, bolts, screws, cement, or soldering.
- Test piping systems for leaks with air pressure and water pressure gauges.
- Cut openings in walls and floors to create space for pipes and pipe fittings.
- Perform light painting, plastering, flooring, and ceiling repairs as needed.
- Cut, assemble, install, repair, and replace pipe sections and tubes.
- Install and repair large appliances (washing machines, fridges with water lines).
- Prepare bids, cost estimates, and project budgets.
- Work well with customers, contractors, and other trades.
- Accurately log billable hours using a time tracking app.
- Manage job details, review daily tasks, and follow up with customers using Service Titan.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior experience with Service Titan preferred.- Prior leadership experience.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED). Valid Plumbing or Journeyman License preferred but not required.
- Experience in Residential Plumbing, particularly with drain, sewer, water & gas line installation and retrofit.
- Experience with service of tank-less water heaters and water filtration systems.
- 3 years of plumbing experience with water heaters, tankless & filtration systems installation and retrofit, having strong knowledge of state and local codes and regulations.

- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make appropriate decisions.

- Basic computer skills.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
