2. Coordinate with Subcontractors: Manage relationships with subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
3. Monitor Progress and Quality: Regularly inspect projects to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
4. Communicate with Customers: Provide regular updates to customers on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
