What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Coordinator position at Five Star Plastics?
FIVE STAR PLASTICS is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Business Development Coordinator! This position is the first step towards being part of our engineering team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for pro-active management of multiple, concurrent projects which require ongoing, aggressive customer and internal communication, and coordination from start to finish. Responsible for quoting tooling and molding orders. Work with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing and Operations to facilitate the flow of New Business Opportunities through the quoting phase. Responsible for maintaining consistent, accurate communication to all parties involved in program through verbal interaction and E-mail. Also responsible for maintenance of Tooling RFQ Log and tracking mechanisms for Engineering group as directed by Engineering Manager.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. SolidWorks or similar CAD software experience a plus.
