Role Overview – Accounts Payable Specialist :
- Process invoices daily , ensuring accurate data entry and 3-way matching
- Code invoices properly in the General Ledger
- Prepare batches for posting and support payment processing
- Assist in the weekly check run process for approval
- Address vendor and employee inquiries related to accounts payable
