We are seeking a, Hospital Liaison for a Nursing Home Facilities. Ideal candidate must be devoted to create, grow and maintain successful relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, social workers and physicians. Following up with family members and patients to gain the admission is crucial in being a primary driver of census. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and leadership skills with a proven ability to boost Census and help grow the our brand.
Optimal candidate should have extensive Healthcare marketing experience, Preferably in the LTC area or be a Registered Nurse with Marketing experience.
Responsibilities
Work to drive and grow all efforts in hospitals and in the community to increase census, referrals and revenue. Must coordinate the inquiry, referral, and admission process as well as completing necessary paperwork related to each process. Assists the team and Administrator in preparing and implementing marketing goals and objectives. Acts as liaison between company and outside community agencies to generate a positive image and encourage referral activities. Informed of Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance guidelines as pertains to position.
Qualifications
Valid Driver license
Experience in nursing home Admissions
Demonstrated sales experience in senior living, hotel / hospitality or related healthcare environment preferred.
