In this dynamic role, you will serve as a Demand Generation Specialist at Five Star Senior Living, driving market development initiatives to increase census growth and revenue. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to develop sales strategies, host events, and maintain relationships with key account partners.
You will also be responsible for meeting sales activity standards, demonstrating proficiency in sales reporting, and maintaining accurate records in the Five Star CRM. Additionally, you will provide training and support to front-line staff and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors.
