As the Regional Business Development Manager, you will work closely with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to drive strategic growth and optimize admissions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating on sales strategies, hosting events to attract new leads, and developing and maintaining relationships with key account partners.
You will also be responsible for providing regular training and support to front-line staff, maintaining accurate records in the Five Star CRM, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitors. A Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, as is prior experience working in senior living sales.
