What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Manager position at Five Star Swim School?
Five Star Swim School is seeking a strong Regional Manager with excellent leadership and communication skills. Candidate must have prior management experience as well as knowledge and experience in the aquatics or similar industry. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years experience in management or a similar role.
This is a full time position with core hours being weekday afternoons/evenings as well as weekend mornings/afternoons. Five Star Swim School currently operate 9 locations in NJ & PA, with additional locations opening soon. Our Regional Manager oversee 2-3 locations at a time. Locations will be assigned based on need: Eatontown & Cherry Hill, NJ
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hiring, supporting, and mentoring General and Assistant Managers at multiple locations.
- Visiting locations to supervise and ensure quality control of services offered, customer service, and sales. Regional Manager should ensure each location is running effectively, is following all safety protocols and is up to date with all codes.
- Supervise and analyze performance of each location and find ways to improve sales, generate leads, and meet goals.
- Have a deep knowledge about Five Star as a brand and ensure each location is in line with the company policies, appearance, and culture.
- Be ready and willing to step in to fill any position that is deemed necessary for operations
- Certifications preferred or willing to obtain: CPO/TPO, Red Cross Lifeguard, Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
