Summary/Objective

Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered family.

Essential Functions

• The HW Integration Engineer is responsible to provide systems integration engineering support and expertise for the weapon development, integration, prototype production, and test. Duties include:
• Provide HW systems engineering and integration support
• Review and define system requirements
• Review and evaluate system technical specifications, designs, analyses, test plans/procedures, and technical data packages
• Interface with other government organizations and development contractors to facilitate preliminary concept exploration and candidate system design
• Support development and testing of prototypes for upgrades to the weapon system to include fit checks and provide oversight to modification installations
• Develop and present briefings and reports to government customer
  

Required Education And Experience

• BS in Science or Engineering
• 5 years supporting engineering for Army weapon systems
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering for major defense acquisition program office or OEM.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of systems engineering and requirements analysis
• Weapon System development/integration experience
• Demonstrated experience with System Requirements and Design Reviews
• Familiarity in Launchers, Reload Operations, Missile System Characteristics, Command and Control
