Summary/Objective
Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered family.
Essential Functions
- Perform employee in- and out-processing on customer site.
- Create labor utilization tracking accounts in cloud-based Tracker application for Directorate-level employees.
- Use data network and PC-based software application CertTrax to track and monitor currency of employees specialized training, qualifications, certifications, and expirations, etc.
- Provide metrics to the Program Manager on status of retention and hiring requests.
- Assist colleagues in weekly receipt, review, and coalescing of labor hours from supervisor groups of employees to enable weekly comprehensive submission for processing in Contractor Information Management System (CIMS).
- Assist with material purchase requests (MPRs), MPR expense reports, and invoicing preparation for accounting staff.
- Provide on-site support and liaison with Human Resources staff in executing Medical Surveillance Program (MSP) for employees.
Required Education and Experience
- HS/GED
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience providing administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting a contractor’s Program Management Office for a Department of Defense support contract
- Prior military organization employment as a service-member or civilian, with corresponding understanding of military headquarters staff organization, roles, and relationships – especially U.S. Army
- Professional user of Microsoft’s Office suite of software and applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), as well as SharePoint
- Experience routinely executing multiple simultaneous or nearly simultaneous assignments and tasks, dynamically reprioritizing corresponding work responsively to changing needs or deadlines, in a high-tempo work environment
