POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for performing routine maintenance and minor repairs at 5Point buildings. Assist with monthly and annual facility inspections of credit union property and equipment. Promptly completes assigned errands including various interoffice and external business runs. Responsible for tracking, purchasing and delivering goods and supplies. Assist the Runner with duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assumes responsibility for the efficient completion of performing routine minor inspections, maintenance and repairs.
Responsible for tracking and purchasing paper goods and food items and recycling.
Responsible for the backing up the Runner with delivery and pick up duties as needed.
Assumes responsibility for maintaining friendly, professional business relations with external business contacts.
Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
NON-ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective coordination and working relationships with Credit Union personnel and with management.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
High school graduate or equivalent is required.
Must hold a valid Driver’s License with no citations for a period of three years.

WORKING CONDITIONS
