Fives Intralogistics Corp seeks a Proposal & Contracts Manager to lead RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses, manage the proposal process, and develop strategies to secure business opportunities. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams, the Manager provides updates, manages submittals, and ensures compliance with company standards.
Essential Duties
- Proposal Leadership :
Manage proposal development, ensure quality, and adhere to deadlines.
Create, edit, and review proposals aligned with customer needs and company standards.
Process RFPs / RFIs, facilitate bid / no-bid decisions, and lead debrief sessions.
Maintain proposal templates and create compelling content tailored to client needs.
Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
Administer proposal software and streamline development processes.
Review RFPs and contracts to ensure adherence to requirements and identify exceptions.

Qualifications
