- Proactively maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Plan, develop, and manage engineering resources and deliverables.
- Function as both a design contributor and team leader.
- Participate in all phases of a project from proposal through final customer acceptance.
- Coordinate technical teams to achieve goals while minimizing project cost and risk.
- Identify project risks and opportunities.
- Monitor engineering budget and schedule for multiple projects.
- Work with the leadership team to implement lessons learned and best practices.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline from a four-year college or university.
- 7 years of experience in a high-technology capital goods manufacturing environment, preferably machine tools.
