IT Project Manager

Position Summary

This role will be a hybrid role split between IT Project Management and Salesforce support.

The IT Project Manager will plan, establish, and manage information technology (IT) projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects. IT project manager plans, implements, coordinates and oversees large-scale IT projects. This may include utilizing selected staff from various internal departments, as well as external resources.

Salesforce support will cover general user support and training, customization of our Salesforce solutions and process optimization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and update comprehensive documentation on Salesforce processes and compliance controls.
• Customize and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet business requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.
• Provide technical support and training
• Salesforce configuration (Page Layouts, Lightning Pages/Apps, Profiles, Permission Sets, Dashboards, Custom Permissions / Metadata Tables / Objects)
• Manages assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
• Develop, maintain, and revise proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.
• Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
• Serves as liaison between IT and the organization on technology related projects being executed outside the Information Technology department, bringing technological insight and experience to the respective project teams.

High School Diploma (required). Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, or equivalent experience or combination.

• Salesforce Experience
  
  
  

One to five years of Salesforce system experience is desired, with configuration and application user experience highly desired. Salesforce Administrator/Developer certification is desirable. Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Service Lightning.

• Project Management Skills
  
  
  

Proven project management experience and/or training is required, with a PMP desired
