- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across the organization, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess positional fit and qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders
- Provide high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all temporary staffing needs, including working with staffing agencies, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring appropriate onboarding and documentation for temporary workers
- Develop and manage relationships with colleges, universities, and technical programs to support co-op and internship recruitment
- Coordinate co-op and internship planning in partnership with department leaders, ensuring alignment with workforce needs and educational timelines
- Represent the company at career fairs, information sessions, and campus recruitment events to build brand awareness and attract emerging talent
- Support employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition strategies
- Stay informed of market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive recruiting practices
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house setting
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- A proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset
- Understanding of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
