We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience to join our dynamic team. This role will specialize in sourcing, screening, and placing highly skilled industrial maintenance technicians for both our internal and external clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven professional with a proven track record in technical recruiting, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity. With a competitive base salary of $50,000 to $70,000 plus uncapped commission and bonus potential, this position offers significant earning opportunities for top performers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified industrial maintenance technicians through job boards, social media, networking, and other creative recruitment strategies.
- Screen resume and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled technicians to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Partner with clients to understand specific requirements, technical qualifications, and team dynamics.
- Negotiate job offers, including salary, benefits, and start dates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to remain competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience preferably in technical, engineering or industrial fields.
- Strong understanding of industrial maintenance, including required skills, experience and industry dynamics.
- Proven ability to source and hire candidates in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
Compensations & Benefits:
