We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with a strong focus on data entry to ensure accurate financial records and transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining financial data while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Also, you must enjoy having a little fun around the office!
This role has the potential to be hybrid upon completion of a successful 30-60 day training period.
\n- Enter and update financial transactions in accounting software. Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and expenses. Reconcile accounts and verify data for accuracy.
- Previous experience in accounting or similar position. Previous experience working with a multi-entity organization. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage & Netsuite. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
