Purpose & Objectives
Are you a creative genius who thrives on exploring new trends and cracking the code of social media algorithms? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! This new role is part Content Creator and part Social Media Manager. As we expand our online presence, we’re seeking someone who can handle changes on the fly, maintain consistency, and take ownership of the success of our social media platforms. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Director and be the driving force behind our organic growth.
If you find joy in routine but can adapt gracefully when plans shift, then this role could be the start of something special! We’re looking for someone who embraces structure while also thriving in an ever-changing environment.
What Your Day To Day Will Look Like:

Get Creative: Develop, create, and manage engaging content for our social media platforms – YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Be A Trend Spotter: Be our in-house trend guru! Stay up to date on what's working on each platform and effortlessly weave effective hooks and calls to action into our content to drive organic traffic.
Metrics Matter: Test a variety of content styles and dive into analytics to discover what clicks with our audience and what doesn't. Keep an eye on social media performance and fine-tune your content strategies based on audience feedback and engagement.
Prompt Engagement: Be the conversation starter. Respond to comments, ask questions to the audience, and slide into DMs to keep our audience engaged, excited, and informed.
Capture the Moment: Attend our numerous in-house events. Record additional content, B-roll, and interviews. Live stream all the action on Facebook and Instagram. You will give our audience a special glimpse into the magic we create for our clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Marketing Director to implement social media strategies that align with our marketing goals and elevate event and program awareness. Teamwork makes the dream work!
- Stay Organized: Consistency is key when it comes to our social media strategy. Stay on top of batching content ahead of time and getting approval from the Marketing Director. Stay organized so any spontaneous events or social media needs do not throw off the routine posting cadence. Routinely reach out to other team members to shoot specific reels and videos with a variety of faces.
- Light Admin: We run a lean operation and everyone wears multiple hats. We may lean on you at times to pitch in with some light admin tasks, like scheduling monthly client calls on the calendar.

- Copy-Able: You know how to use words effectively. You won’t be expected to write long swaths of copy, but you can definitely own short form copywriting like captions on social media posts, quick lines inside static posts, and crafting attention grabbing calls to action.
- Detail-Oriented: If you secretly shudder when you see social media channels with mismatched color schemes and 17 different font choices, then you’ll probably thrive in this role. This is a fit if you pay attention to things like that, if you’re organized and able to juggle a consistent volume of daily output across multiple platforms with ease.
