Assistant HVAC Manager Compensation And Benefits
- $90,000 - $125,000 On Target Earnings
- $75,000 base salary monthly performance bonus

- Conduct regular training sessions focused on technical HVAC knowledge and customer service skills.
- Supervise daily HVAC maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide hands-on support with complex maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and emergency services.
- Monitor KPIs including customer satisfaction, job completion rates, and service quality.
- Resolve complex customer concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Ensure service calls are scheduled, completed, and documented accurately.
- Promote accountability for work quality, customer interactions, and professional growth.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback and set goals.
- Minimum of 3 years in residential HVAC maintenance, with 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
