The Opportunity
Our Marketing team is looking for a team member to manage B2C events where you will be a part of a small but mighty team whose goal is to promote Fix-It 24/7's brand and value prop to homeowners through a variety of events, sponsorships and activations.
You will work with partners across the department to develop and execute compelling experiences that demonstrate our unique value to homeowners and increase Fix-it 24/7's brand awareness, affinity and engagement in ways that build membership programs and individual services. This includes Fix-it 24/7's partnerships with major league sports teams, local grass-roots events, Trade Show sponsorships, programming and speaking opportunities as well as recruitment events.
You will report to the Vice President of Marketing and partner across the department and wider organization with Sales, Service, Customer Service, Content, Design, Customer Marketing, and other related functions.

Marketing Event Manager Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000 - $80,000 annual salary $30,000 annual bonus opportunity

- Attend and manage 10-20 events per month, including trade and home shows, sporting events, local fairs and festivals, and job fairs
- Support the team through thoughtful event management and execution on projects that reflect our core revenue-generating KPIs and differentiate Fix-It 24/7 in the market, with specific attention to sports events
- Collaborate and support the organization in the production of customer events, category events, and sponsorships
- Manage daily development, production, and vendor relationships for assigned projects
- Build relationships and collaborate across the organization with Sales, Service, PR, Customer Marketing, Recruitment, and other related functions, keeping partners informed and engaged throughout projects
- Develop event collateral and other related materials including marketing materials and recap reports
- Manage event applications and tools like ServiceTitan, social media applications, and reporting tools like Looker Studio.
- Support manager in establishing workflow/processes and best practices for concept development, production, department communication, and more
- Lead generation experience
- Social media content creation and campaign management
- 3 years of experience in event marketing
- Availability for night (until 10 pm) and weekend work (Sundays required during football season)
- Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
