Must Have:
- Should have minimum 6 years experience in functional testing.
- Should have minimum 2 years experience as a lead for more than 3 members team.
- Candidate should have good communication skills, committed and passionate to drive their tasks independently.
- Should have good understanding of capital markets concepts
- Stocks, Bonds
- Bond Forwards, Futures
- Swaps
- Should have good understanding of trading lifecycle.
- Should not have switched multiple companies within the last year. We are looking for long term commitment & we are seeing many profiles who have changed companies within last 6 months, some even in Sept last year.
Nice to Have:
- Should have experience in working in Front or Middle office of an Asset management firm.
- Candidate should have some automation experience in technologies such as Selenium, Python or Robot Framework.
