Position Overview:
The Project Manager will play a critical role in managing construction projects from inception to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will also contribute to developing operational systems and processes that enhance efficiency and elevate the client experience.
This position requires a hands-on leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships with team members and subcontractors, and maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the creation of accurate and detailed project estimates to ensure proper budgeting and planning.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and plans.
- Coordinate with design, construction, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Track project costs and ensure alignment with budgets, processing change orders as needed.
- Manage and communicate with subcontractors and vendors to keep projects on track.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist with procurement, scheduling, and delivery of materials and equipment. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, permits, and reports.
- Conduct research and recommend solutions for technical challenges.
- Support pre-construction planning, ensuring accurate scope definition and project setup.
- Learn and utilize Buildertrend project management software to streamline processes and reporting.
Qualifications:
