In this role, you’ll lead a skilled sewing team, optimize workflows, and drive collaboration across departments to extend the life of our products and enhance the customer experience.
This is a full-time position based in Aurora, CO with a salary range of $60,000-$75,000 annually. This position reports to the Director of Customer Experience.

In this role, you’ll lead a skilled sewing team, optimize workflows, and drive collaboration across departments to extend the life of our products and enhance the customer experience.
This is a full-time position based in Aurora, CO with a salary range of $60,000-$75,000 annually. This position reports to the Director of Customer Experience.
What You Will Do
- Lead & develop a skilled team: Train and support repair specialists, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and service for our Repair Center
- Oversee repair operations: Manage workflows, inventory, and equipment to maintain efficiency and operational excellence
- Coordinate across departments: Work closely with retail stores, customer experience, and warranty teams to provide seamless repair services
- Ensure craftsmanship & quality: Oversee complex repairs, including mending, zipper replacements, and patching, while maintaining Fjällräven brand standards
- Promote sustainability: Support circularity initiatives, including our Pre-Loved program, and advocate for responsible product life extension
- Experience managing teams and training employees in technical skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with experience tracking productivity and workflows
- Technical expertise in apparel repair (zipper replacement, patching, etc.)
- Proficiency with industrial sewing machines, sergers, and high-heat tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and locations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Zendesk is a plus
