From our meticulously maintained golf courses to our exceptional amenities, every detail is designed to exceed expectations. We are currently seeking a Housekeeper to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities :

Cleaning and Maintenance :

Living Quarters : Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and living areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens.

Public Spaces : Maintain cleanliness in public areas, including dining rooms, lounges, and event spaces. Ensure floors, surfaces, and furniture are kept in excellent condition.

Offices : Clean and organize office spaces, including dusting surfaces, emptying trash, and maintaining restrooms and break areas.

Outbuildings : Ensure that all outbuildings, such as storage sheds and maintenance buildings, are clean and orderly.

Laundry Services :

Wash, dry, fold, and deliver linens, towels, and other laundry items as needed.

Maintain a well-organized laundry area and report any equipment malfunctions.

Inventory Management :

Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to the Housekeeping Manager.

Keep housekeeping storage areas neat and organized.

Member and Guest Interaction :

Provide courteous and professional service to members and guests, addressing any requests or concerns related to cleanliness.

Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean and inviting environment.

Safety and Compliance :

Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or security concerns to the Housekeeping Manager or appropriate staff.

Additional Duties :

Assist with special cleaning projects, events, or seasonal tasks as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.

Perform other related duties as required to support the overall operations of the club.

Qualifications :

Education and Experience :

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is desirable but not required.

Skills and Competencies :

Valid Driver’s License and a clean DMV report.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Willing and able to operate ATVs, UTVs, and golfcarts.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Ability to follow instructions and maintain high cleanliness standards.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted with or without reasonable accommodation.

Capability to perform tasks that involve bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and other physical activities.
