What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at FL REPs?
The position shall act as a liaison between the company and it's Manufacturers, Dealers, Service Agents, Territory Managers, and End Users. The individual facilitates day to day communication from our customers and provides solutions to our customers and the manufacturers we represent. Creating product quotations using industry specific software, Autoquotes, takes the majority of the time. This is an office based job, not remote. The individual must possess a positive outlook on life along with "customer is always right" attitude!
Essential Job Functions
- QUOTATIONS
o Review Specifications and expedite quotation opportunities, distribute appropriately
o Generate Quotations using AutoQuotes and Price Books
o Review and reconcile purchase orders, submit to appropriate manufacturers, file internally, and update CRM
o Alert customers of orders on price hold within 24 hours and work with the the salesperson assigned to the account to resolve pricing issues promptly
o File, Upload, Disseminate, and Track Jobs & Quotations using One Drive & CRM
- SERVICE
Coordinate and confirm the resolution of service issues in collaboration with authorized service agencies
- CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Answer phones and emails acting as Point Person for assigned dealers or defined segment of accounts
- SALES SUPPORT
o Prepare spreadsheets for sales team with updated pricing and/or product information as requested
o Generate reports using factory sales portals to provide customer info or project history as requested
o Delegate work load while taking responsibility for follow through
- MISC
o Maintain current product knowledge by attending factory training for major manufacturers
o Maintain an organized system for storing individual and shared company files
o Other duties as assigned
o Must proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM
Benefits Package
Salary : $35,000 - $50,000
