Job Title: Licensed Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative

Location: Cooper City, Florida

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Negotiable based on experience

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a bilingual, experienced, and highly motivated Licensed Insurance Agent/Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to be part of our team of customer service representatives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both personal and commercial insurance and will have a strong background in customer service. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and train other insurance customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Client Service: Assist with client inquiries, policy changes, renewals, claims, and other insurance-related needs.
  • Sales Support: Support the agency in promoting and selling personal and commercial insurance policies.
  • Communication: Handle client correspondence via phone, email, and in-person meetings in both English and Spanish.
  • Customer Care: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
  • Compliance: Ensure all insurance processes adhere to state and federal regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Insurance License in the state of Florida (2-20, 4-40, or equivalent) - (desired)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Fluency in both languages is required for effective communication with our diverse client base.
  • Experience in Insurance – At least 2 years of experience in personal and commercial insurance (desired)
  • Leadership Skills – Experience managing teams, with the ability to motivate and guide others.
  • Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to prioritize tasks and manage office operations efficiently.
  • Professionalism – A professional, reliable, and punctual approach to all aspects of the role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, coworkers, and leadership.
  • Customer-Oriented – A commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with office management software and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of insurance carrier portals and systems.
