Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to be part of our team of customer service representatives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both personal and commercial insurance and will have a strong background in customer service. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and train other insurance customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Client Service: Assist with client inquiries, policy changes, renewals, claims, and other insurance-related needs.
- Sales Support: Support the agency in promoting and selling personal and commercial insurance policies.
- Communication: Handle client correspondence via phone, email, and in-person meetings in both English and Spanish.
- Customer Care: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
- Compliance: Ensure all insurance processes adhere to state and federal regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Insurance License in the state of Florida (2-20, 4-40, or equivalent) - (desired)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Fluency in both languages is required for effective communication with our diverse client base.
- Experience in Insurance – At least 2 years of experience in personal and commercial insurance (desired)
- Leadership Skills – Experience managing teams, with the ability to motivate and guide others.
- Strong Organizational Skills – Ability to prioritize tasks and manage office operations efficiently.
- Professionalism – A professional, reliable, and punctual approach to all aspects of the role.
- Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, coworkers, and leadership.
- Customer-Oriented – A commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining client satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with office management software and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of insurance carrier portals and systems.
