Job Summary:

The Vice President of Residential Inpatient Programs oversees the operational success, strategic growth, and program expansion for FLACRA’s residential services. This role is pivotal in ensuring program excellence, compliance, and sustainability while fostering collaboration and innovation across service lines. As a senior leader, the Vice President contributes to organizational strategy and culture through active participation in the senior leadership team.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Health/Human Services required.
• Experience: Minimum of five years of administrative experience in behavioral health settings.
• Licensure/Certifications: Valid NYS Driver’s License required. QHP status preferred.
• Familiarity with OASAS regulations and behavioral health system operations strongly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Leadership: Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience working with diverse populations and community service providers.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with OASAS 820 and 816 regulations, outpatient clinic guidelines, and behavioral health system operations.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in electronic records and Microsoft Office, with the ability to generate reports and manage data.
• Time Management: Ability to balance competing priorities and remain calm in high-pressure situations.
• Collaboration: Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and crisis services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $88,000.00 - $91,000.00 per year
