What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Contracts Associate position at Fladger Associates?
Responsibilities:
- Excellent employment opportunity for Clinical Contracts Associate - II in the Hybrid/Locations: Foster City, Morris Plains, Raleigh.
- Responsible for supporting various activities and projects within the Vendor Outsourcing organization.
- Managing contract lifecycle for following types of contracts:
- Clinical Consulting Agreements
- Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs)
- Secondary Responsibility/Back up Support:
- Letters of Authorization (LoAs) to authorize work with Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
- Other contracts as identified, as needed
- Facilitate the contract management lifecycle from receipt of request to execution and maintenance of contract, including:
- Drafting and negotiation of contract terms
- Ensuring compliance with company/Vendor Outsourcing process requirements
- Partnering with internal stakeholders, including business compliance, legal, finance and other internal stakeholders to ensure proper facilitation and execution of contract
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders by providing timely and high-quality contracts
- Timely and accurate tracking, management and filing of contracts within company systems
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 3 years Industry experience preferred
- Has a strong work ethic and ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Is structured, well organized and process oriented
- Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Complies with required processes in a regulated environment
- Comfortable interacting with internal (clinical, finance, legal) and external stakeholders (vendors, healthcare professionals)
- Has deep understanding of contracting knowledge, including contract structure and format
- Proficiency in legal language and contractual terms
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
