Role Summary & Our A-Player Defined:
As an Apparel Designer at Flag Nor Fail, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the look and feel of our clothing line. Working on-site in Kalispell, Montana, you'll be responsible for designing and producing high-quality apparel that aligns with our brand's identity. From brainstorming and sketching to working with third-party manufacturers, you'll own the design process from start to finish, ensuring each piece meets the highest standards in creativity, fit, and functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Apparel Design & Development – Design, create, and produce apparel collections that align with Flag Nor Fail’s brand and vision.
- Concept to Completion – Take projects from initial ideation to final production, including preparing files for presentations and approvals.
- Graphic & Technical Execution – Utilize Photoshop and Illustrator to create detailed mockups, tech packs, and production-ready assets.
- Manufacturing Coordination – Communicate with third-party manufacturers to acquire materials, request samples, and oversee product execution.
- Trend Awareness – Stay updated on fashion, streetwear, and cultural trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the brand.
- Attention to Detail – Ensure designs meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and production requirements.
Requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience as an apparel designer, preferably in streetwear or lifestyle fashion.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator – Strong skills in graphic design are a huge plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong creative instincts and an ability to take direction while also bringing fresh ideas to the table.
- A deep understanding of cultural and design trends, with a passion for storytelling through fashion.
- Excellent communication and execution skills – Must be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Details:
Location: On-site in Kalispell, Montana
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday

Salary - $80,000 annually (scalable depending on skill)
