Role Summary & Our A-Player Defined:
As the Marketing Manager at Flag Nor Fail, you'll be a key player in analyzing, executing and deploying branded campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligning with Flag Nor Fail’s objectives and brand vision.
- Email Marketing:
- Manage and optimize all outbound email marketing, both on a campaign level and automated flows.
- Shopify Management:
- Manage Shopify backend and logistics. Work with web developers on web optimizations to improve usability and performance of our ecommerce platform.
- Campaign Management:
- Manage and optimize organic and paid online media campaigns across various channels, meeting and surpassing KPI goals.
- Social Media Management:
- Oversee social media platforms abdnd campaigns. Provide valuable analysis and insights to creative team to help optimize brand performance and content strategy.
- Integrated Campaigns:
- Lead the development and management of integrated digital media campaigns, ensuring cohesion with overall marketing strategies.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights, regular reporting, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and effective brand message across all marketing channels.
- Budget Oversight:
- Oversee media spend, ensuring accurate planning, forecasting, and reporting for all digital campaigns.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research, staying updated on industry trends to inform future campaign development and marketing strategies.
- A/B Testing:
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Creative Guidance:
- Provide guidance on creative best practices for digital advertising, ensuring alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.
Requirements:
- Comprehensive hands-on experience managing a Shopify Plus store.
- 5 years of experience in digital media planning/buying and strategic marketing roles.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-functional teamwork.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and third-party data providers.
- Currently live, or are willing to relocate to the Flathead Valley, Montana
Results:
- Drive significant improvements in digital marketing performance, measured by decreased CPL and CPC, increased impressions, and enhanced lead quality.
- Deliver a positive ROI on ad spend, contributing directly to Flag Nor Fail’s bottom line.
- Implement and refine digital marketing strategies to bolster Flag Nor Fail’s overall marketing initiatives and brand presence in the market.
- Be an example for continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing team, enhancing overall team morale and performance.
Additional Details:
Location: On-site in Kalispell, Montana
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday

Salary starts at $75,000 annually (scalable depending on skill)
