Job Description
Assist the Director of Ringhaver Student Center in providing Saints Pantry services at the Student Center
Responsibilities
Tabling Events
- Table item set up / tear down
- Greeting student customers
- Ensuring procedures for filling out Saints Pantry form are followed
- Accompanying student customers during their visit to the pantry storage area
- Receiving and documenting walk-up donations
- Working alongside volunteers at tabling events and training volunteers (if needed)
Inventory
At least 3 of the work hours each week must be between 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. or 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. Monday-Friday (specific days of the week subject to availability)
Qualifications
Must be a full-time Flagler College student
Previous work or volunteer experience that involved talking to customers in person
