Key Responsibilities
- Operational IT Leadership
- Attend daily leadership huddles/flash meetings.
- Translate clinical/operational challenges into technology solutions.
- Maintain compliance with IT and regulatory policies.
- Be the company-facing IT leader for the facility.
- Day-to-Day Technical Operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and networks.
- Provide VIP support to physicians and executive stakeholders.
- Execute on-site projects like system rollouts and equipment upgrades.
- Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory.
- Endpoint and User Support
- Oversee IT onboarding/offboarding workflows.
- Ensure endpoint compliance and security standards.
- Provide Tier 2 escalation support.
- Technical Infrastructure Support
- Support and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, switches, and wireless access points.
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Maintain local servers and facility-specific apps.
- Team Management & Virtual Collaboration
- Supervise any on-site or assigned IT staff.
- Engage with the broader IT team and monthly on-call rotation.
- Foster a service-first, proactive IT culture.
- Vendor and Service Management
- Coordinate with vendors for services, escalations, and project timelines.
- Hold external partners accountable to SLAs.
