Role Overview :
As a Senior Sales Executive for North America, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the region. This is a key role that requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and closing high-value deals. This role offers significant earning potential and the opportunity to make a substantial impact on the company's success.
You will
- Drive new business across the North America region, executing strategic sales plans to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers, aligning Flagright's solutions with their specific needs.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, delivering impactful presentations and product demonstrations.
- Conduct thorough market research, assess competitive landscapes, and identify potential clients, providing actionable feedback to enhance offerings.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Sales and other teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned with company goals. Provide regular reports on sales progress.
- Exceed sales targets, contributing to the ambitious goal of quadrupling revenue within two years.
- Apply innovative sales strategies and adapt to evolving market conditions and client needs.
- Must be based in New York and authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship (visa sponsorship is not available).
