Must have a clear background.
Monday - Friday 8am to 4pm. 1-hr. lunch. 35-hour work week.
Contract position for 6 months plus.
Responsible for the management of series of support programs for foster families and will work closely with the Resource Families Division to implement and maintain support programming for newly licenses resource families.
Must have strong skills in organization, communication, coordination, and content knowledge of the child welfare system / foster care are required.
- 3 years lived experience as a foster / adoptive parent is required.
Experience providing informal support to other families.
Understand and support the goal of reunification where possible.
Ability to maintain stable placements.
Successfully navigated the foster parenting experience.
